Walking down Pierson Drive it is hard to tell you are just minutes from bustling center city Charlotte.  Oakhurst, with it’s winding roads, cute cottages, and scattered vegetable gardens is sort of a “time stood still” pocket of Charlotte.   511 Pierson,  will be on your left after you pass the long standing rock neighborhood markers.  To the right of the house there is still a large lot where cows crazed not too long ago.  The old dairy shed is still standing down the hill.
